為協助符合資格的打工度假申請者於加拿大境內完成IEC 工作簽證 (work permit) 啟用，加拿大移民局（IRCC）推出一項臨時措施，即日起至 2025 年 12 月 1 日，符合資格的打工度假簽證申請者，現在可以直接在加拿大境內申請寄送IEC 工作簽證 (work permit)，不需出境！IEC 工作簽證 (work permit) 將直接寄到申請人在加拿大的地址。以下為詳細說明：
開始實施日期: 即日起至2025/12/01
適用對象: 持有有效POE、申請時人已在加拿大，並且仍持合法身份
請依下列步驟操作：
1. 前往 IRCC 官方 Webform 線上表單
2. 填寫方式：
• What did you apply for? → 選擇 Temporary Residence
• What application did you submit? → 選擇 International Experience Canada
3. 在「Tell us about your request」欄位，務必貼上以下指定文字（請根據申請者實際情況修改括號內容）：
A112025: I am requesting an A11 examination and the issuance of my work permit from within Canada. My application number is [W#########]. I submitted my IEC application on [DATE]. I received my POE letter of introduction and it is valid until [DATE].

即日起直到2025年12月1日，申請人可以申請將IEC 工作簽證 (work permit) 郵寄到加拿大地址，需同時符合以下三個要求 ：

申請人在提交新的IEC 工作簽證 (work permit)申請時，當時持有有效的IEC工作簽證，並且人在加拿大境內。

申請人須擁有有效的IEC 核可信(POE)。(必須在POE過期之前提出IEC 工作簽證 work permit 郵寄申請)

當申請人提交申請IEC工作簽證(work permit)境內郵寄時，必須擁有有效的加拿大居留身分。
請依下列步驟操作：
1. 前往 IRCC 官方 Webform 線上表單
2. 填寫方式：
• What did you apply for? → 選擇 Temporary Residence
• What application did you submit? → 選擇 International Experience Canada
3. 在「Tell us about your request」欄位，務必貼上以下指定文字（請根據申請者實際情況修改括號內容）：

♦根據你的IEC類別需要包含的必填文字：
如果你是青年專業（Young Professionals）或國際合作（International Co-op）參與者須加上：
"Employer-specific work permit: My employer, [name], located at [address], may be contacted at [contact telephone or email] to confirm my continued employment offer. I intend to begin work for this employer as soon as my work permit is received."如果你是打工度假（Working Holiday）參與者須加上：
"Open work permit: I attest that my circumstances remain the same and I still meet the requirements of the open work permit program I was approved for."4. 需要附上的文件：
•覆蓋整個停留加拿大期間的健康保險證明
•申請者於遞交IEC 工作簽證申請時，所持之有效的簽證影本(三大要求的第一要求-當時的有效IEC工作簽證-work permit)
若不符合上述條件，申請者必須離開加拿大，並從美國或聖皮埃爾和密克隆(Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon)以外的國家或地區重新入境，以啟用你的IEC 工作簽證。
